Focuses on fostering organizational values, inclusivity, diversity, and member experience. Also explores and advocates for quality-of-life issues affecting young professionals — including housing.

Events, networking, and relationship-building
Focuses on events, networking opportunities, social gatherings, and building relationships among members and the broader community.

The Board can establish additional committees as the organization grows — including a dedicated Affordable Housing Committee. We keep the active count limited in the early days so each one stays effective.
